Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendments. Senator Green moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendments, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 158(L&C) am H An Act relating to motor vehicle liability insurance covering a person who has had the persons drivers license revoked for possession or consumption of alcohol while under 21 years of age. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
